Student Information Forms - PowerSchool
You will be able to fill out all of the necessary paperwork on-line this year which is something new for our district. We ask that you promptly complete all necessary forms on-line prior to September 25, 2026. Here is the link with all the directions to start this important process. You must complete the on-line forms for each child individually. If you do not have access to a computer, you may reach out to Linda Johnston ljohnston@wsesu.net to set up a time to come in and complete the process together.

It is suggested that this be done on a computer and not a phone allowing for a simpler process.
The link includes the necessary instructions for filling out all of the forms online as well as signing off on the parent/student handbook (which is necessary for your child(ren) to receive their Chromebook.

Please be reminded to contact the OFFICE (802-436-2255) in addition to or instead of the classroom teacher, if you are sharing information about a change to their child's dismissal plan for that afternoon.
